Neurological infectious diseases pose some of the greatest challenges to clinicians. The presenting clinical syndromes are often elusive, determining the causative organisms can be problematic, and there is often little evidence to guide treatment. Whilst many are rare, others are extremely common, particularly in tropical climates, and collectively the disease burden is considerable. These Neurological Infectious Diseases Elearning modules are here to help! They are aimed at medics of all grades, from undergraduate students to consultants and senior academics. Each module starts with an overview, before moving onto the specific features, and then finishes with the key points, followed by a self assessment "Final Quiz". You are invited to take part in the final quiz. The participants who correctly answer at least 80% of the questions are entitled to a certificate, which can be downloaded.

The modules work most effectively in Safari, Firefox and Google Chrome; they open in a reduced format on Internet Explorer, but cannot currently be used on tablet computers.
